The Marketing and Sales Manager will lead all marketing initiatives and retail sales operations to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue, blending creativity with strategic execution through campaign planning, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, product launches, seasonal promotions, and in-store activities. This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, improving online visibility, and optimizing marketing ROI while also driving sales performance across stores and online channels, enhancing the in-store experience, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding the retail team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred), with 3–5 years of experience in fashion retail marketing and sales management, strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software, and a passion for fashion and brand storytelling.
