Customers are requested to check their product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it immediately to the delivery person.
The delivery charge will still apply even if the product is returned at the doorstep.
No refunds or return requests will be accepted once the delivery person has left.
We understand that sometimes products may not meet expectations. For this reason, we allow exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase/order date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for any exchange.
The replacement product must be equal to or higher in value than the original purchase.
If the new product has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.
We offer size exchange only for eligible products.
Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the order date.
Delivery charges apply for all exchange deliveries, including second trips.
Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT
Products purchased during discounts, promotions, or campaign periods are considered final sale items.
These products cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a major defect or wrong product delivered.
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
The product has a major manufacturing defect
The item was damaged during shipment
The wrong product, size, or color was delivered
The product was lost during shipment
Customers must notify our Customer Service team within 7–10 working days of receiving the order.
If the return is approved, we will provide one of the following:
Product replacement (subject to availability)
Store credit for future purchases
Refund (if applicable)
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
For online purchases, customers may send the product to our e-commerce warehouse for exchange or store credit.

Products purchased outside Bangladesh may only be exchanged at Orcasta outlets in Bangladesh.

Orcasta reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the product does not meet the policy requirements.
